THE MARVELLOUS FROST REPORT

THE MARVELLOUS FROST REPORT

'The Frost Report', satirical successor to 'That Was The Week That Was', with David Frost at the helm.

Not much sun but terribly warm so I did French on the terrace - much more fun than Latin. From my compo book I went through all the mistakes I’ve made in the last nine months, and through all the grammar in the back of our test books. Took ages.

Ma went shopping and got me a white cardy and a fab stick of Eau de Cologne!

Rang up Anya and chatted for ages, we had masses to say. She’s got Polnareff’s LP at last, she’ll adore it, but has only had one chance to play it. She had Maths and Biology today and they were perfectly dreadful, and she’s too tired now to revise for French properly, poor thing.

Got a letter from my German penfriend – she told me about Marika Kilius, the girl who sang ‘Durch Dick und Dünn’: she used to be ice skating champion of Germany. I’m going to ask her to send me a list of all the best German songs of the year, in the hopes they’ll include the one Dutronc mentioned, I’ll remember its name when I see it.

The Frost Report was on Europe - so good!

Dreading tomorrow. It's horrid being in the middle of 'O' Levels.
